“E-cigarettes are a new emerging electronic nicotine delivery device, therefore, information about the harm associated with e-cigarettes is currently under review. However, we know a little about these devices already. We aren’t arguing whether e-cigarettes are or are not better than traditional cigarette. As a non-combustible, we are confident that it is less harmful. But that doesn’t mean that it’s harmless.
