I often advise patients to seek a coach for support in quitting, as relying on E-cigarettes might not be the best path forward. The nicotine levels in E-cigarettes can be even higher than in regular cigarettes, making them potentially more addictive. Have you considered other methods to quit smoking, or do you think E-cigarettes are a viable option?
